In order to get the best moving experience, you will need to estimate and plan according.

Estimating your move is very easy. Simply give us a call or fill out our online estimate form and we’ll handle the rest from there.  If your home or office is within the area, we will visit your place to evaluate the amount of inventory and packing work that is needed.

This visit is part of our total service package and is completely FREE of charge.

If your home or office is however outside of the Greater Toronto Area, we will speak with you in detail over the phone – and get all the information on your inventory as well as all the other important details which we will require to provide you with a quote.

Alternatively, you can use our online estimate form to submit your information. Though detailed, the form is very easy to use and provides room for all the items that need to be moved including those lawn chairs or the bike in the garage that you forgot to think about.

Based on your submitted information, we will then provide you with a detailed cost estimate. We stand by our final quote provided that the information received from you is accurate

Moving to the Destination

If you require packing, a team of trained packers will arrive at your place on the day of the move or the day before – depending on the amount of packing required.

If you choose to pack the stuff yourself, we have a source of packing tips to help you achieve the best job.

Before loading begins, we will take care to protect your floors, walls and doorways with runners.

A detailed list of inventory will be prepared, including tagging or each item. We will ask you about the items of special concern and will treat them accordingly.

At the Destination

When your items arrive at the new location, we will unload them. We will follow your floor plan outlining where things should go. Our team will reassemble the furniture that was disassembled.

You will check the items against the inventory. If anything appears to be damaged – make a note on the inventory list and notify us right away.
If you request unpacking, we will unpack and place the items in the areas where they are supposed to go. This is done on the day of delivery or the day after.
